Workforce Development programs are critical to communities across the country. They ensure every employer has access to a skilled workforce and every employee has opportunity for meaningful employment, resulting in individual and country-wide prosperity.
Workforce development offices are wonderful resources for continuing education opportunities for adult learners who wish to learn a new skill or enhance their current abilities. Financial aid specialists ensure those with funding challenges are given options for tuition help and/or reimbursement through sponsors and grants. Michigan Works Association provides services and support to Michigan’s workforce development system. Through the Association, members can access timely, relevant professional development opportunities and ensure high-quality programs for all customers.
