ACCESSIBLE

Whether you are an on-campus student or an adult learner seeking training, there is a Professional Sales program available to you. Virtanza partners with Universities and Colleges to offer both For-Credit and Continuing Ed options. Housed within your school’s Learning Management System, participation is easy.

Virtanza ensures a quality experience, accessible to everyone. The only requirement is that a learner have access to a computer, webcam and internet.

Finally, Virtanza works diligently to find funding options for learners with limited financial resources. Income Share Agreements, scholarships and sponsorships, and other aid is available.

Virtanza partners with its University and Employer clients to provide real-world, experiential sales training that includes interactive role plays, the latest in sales technology such as Salesforce.com, sales enablement software, and career coaching to connect program graduates with the most fitting sales opportunities. With over 50% of college graduates landing first in a sales job, we commit ourselves to transitioning students to a future of which they can be proud.

The Chally Assessment
Popular with Fortune 500 companies for its relevance and accuracy, Virtanza uses the Chally Assessment to compare student results to thousands of professionals in an array of sales roles. Results rank the student’s potential role matches. The Chally profile indicates the student’s top strengths, including effectiveness at networking, qualifying prospects, problem-solving and more. It also spotlights the role that fits their sales aptitude.

Individualized Instruction
Employers join classrooms to engage students in sales role simulations, and based on assessment results, students receive guidance in personal branding and career mapping. Real-world case studies and guest speakers are planned according to class make-up, and program graduates receive ongoing coaching to ensure the transition to work is seamless.

Sales Process and Technology Skills
Students practice the Virtanza Sales Process using real-life customer case studies from a range of companies and industries. Modules also include deep dives into LinkedIn, Salesforce and sales enablement software, all critical resources for sales professionals to show on resumes. Virtanza’s sales curriculum is highly focused on experiential learning, engaging students within a collaborative online classroom.
