We're Hiring! Join Our Growing Team as a Virtanza Certified Instructor

Virtanza is a fast-growing start-up changing the lives of Adult Learners and Degree Earners through Universities and Colleges. We need Instructors with sales or sales training experience and/or college-level instruction experience in marketing or business to meet demand for our sales classes. Master’s required.

You will facilitate our virtual, experiential professional sales courses. Extensive hands-on exposure to consultative sales in the classroom or in the marketplace is highly preferred. Must be skilled in group facilitation, online instruction, and technically apt. Learning Management System (LMS) experience a significant plus. 

Students include college undergraduates and adult learners in continuing education or workforce development programs. We will train and certify you to deliver our core sales readiness program and select sales management curricula, all ACE CREDIT© recommended and offered at a growing roster of schools across the country. You will teach and facilitate learning content, grade written and role-play assignments in online LMS systems, provide coaching, and offer specific feedback to help learners grow. This is challenging and exacting work. Our standards are high.
